She works with Austin-based Luv Fats Ice Cream to provide vegan and dairy-free options in her van.

She is also interested in creating technology that will help speed up and expand deliveries in the future. GoGo YumYum has collaborated with the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter during their day of shelter to offer candy to both humans and puppies that could be adopted. The truck also specializes in treats approved by furry friends, with ice cream for dogs on the menu and a retractable water bowl installed on the side of the truck.

Founded by a retired firefighter with a passion for good food and a sarcastic wit, this store serves incredible, delicious, handmade ice cream with a touch of cheekiness. This results in smaller ice crystals in the cream, leading to a smoother, creamier consistency. Handel's Ice Cream Anderson Mill is about to open its doors soon at 11521 N FM 620, in the H-E-B Plus center.
